大数据思维在现代国库管理中的应用路径探析

摘　　要：当今社会,大数据正在引领一场重大的时代变革,大数据的意义在于通过信息技术手段,对类型繁多、容量巨大的海量基础数据进行分类、挖掘和分析,发现并创造出新的价值。本文认为我国国库初步具备构建“大数据”的基本条件,对国库大数据应用体系设计与展示进行分析,提出更新理念,创新国库大数据应用思维;建章立制,加强国库大数据应用管理;整合规范,推进国库大数据应用实施等建议。In today's society,big data is leading a major era change.The significance of big data lies in the classification,mining and analysis of massive basic data with various types and huge capacity by means of information technology,so as to discover and create new values.According to the requirements of the new budget law and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the state treasury of the people's Bank of China should actively adapt to the new situation,new requirements and new expectations such as the reform of the fiscal and taxation system,economic and financial informatization,give full play to the resource advantages of the Treasury data,actively layout the Treasury big data strategy,promote the mining and application of Treasury data,and help build a modern service-oriented Treasury.
