摘  要:[目的]研究栽培基质对盆花的生长效应。[方法]以白色重瓣长寿花为试材,采用单因素随机区组设计,研究不同基质配比对长寿花生长和开花的影响。[结果]最佳基质配比为椰糠∶珍珠岩=4∶2,其有机质含量最高,为317.61 g/kg,容重最低,为0.29 g/cm^3,铵态氮、速效磷、有效钾含量分别为16.71、175.80和256.90 mg/kg;其长寿花株高、叶片大小、叶片数量、分枝数、花朵直径高于其他处理。[结论]无土栽培对盆栽长寿花有较好的栽培效果。[Objective]To study the effect of culture medium on the growth of potted flowers.[Method]The white double petal Kalanchoe blossfeldiana was used as the test material,and the single factor randomized block design was used to study the effect of different medium proportion on the growth and flowering of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana.[Result]The optimum substrate ratio was coconut bran∶perlite=4∶2,the highest organic matter content was 317.61 g/kg,the lowest bulk density was 0.29 g/cm^3,the contents of ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were 16.71,175.80 and 256.90 mg/kg,respectively,and the plant height,leaf size,leaf number,branch number and flower diameter of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were higher than those of other treatments.[Conclusion]Soilless culture has better effect on potted Kalanchoe blossfeldiana.
