摘  要:[目的]建立土壤和农产品中得克隆物质残留的气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-EI-MS/MS)的测定方法。[方法]经乙腈或丙酮∶正己烷(1∶9)提取样品,以FL柱净化柱分离,在GC-EI-MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质匹配外标法定量。[结果]6种得克隆及相关化合物在50~1000 mg/mL均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9980,加标回收率为77.0%~102.1%,相对偏差为2.3%~6.8%。[结论]该方法具有准确可靠、灵敏度高等优点,满足土壤和农产品中得克隆物质残留分析的要求。[Objective]A method of gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry with acetonitrile or acetone extraction was established for dechloranes and related compounds in soil and agricultural products.[Method]The samples were extracted by acetone-hexane(1∶9,by volume),then followed by FL purification extraction column clean-up and the extracts were detected by GC-EI-MS/MS multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode and with the matrix mathing external standard method for quantification.[Result]The detection limits were in the range of 50-1000 mg/mL,and six kinds of related compounds had a good linear relationship in which the correlation coefficient was more than 0.9980.The recoveries were 77.0%-102.1%,and the relative deviation was 2.3%-6.8%.[Conclusion]The method has the advantages of accuracy,reliability,high sensitivity,and meets the requirements for analysis of dechloranes and related compounds in soil and agricultural products.
