摘　　要：建立中兽药散剂中非法添加抗菌药物的微生物管碟快速检测方法。中兽药散剂经水简单溶解灭菌,然后缓冲液稀释后滴入带有藤黄微球菌的管碟,培养16 h,通过是否产生抑菌圈判断中兽药散剂中添加抗菌药物与否。结果发现阴性样品无干扰,检出限为1.5~3.5 mg/g。说明本方法简单、快速、灵敏,可满足中兽药散剂中非法添加抗菌药物检测需求。To establish a rapid method for detection of antimicrobial drugs illegally adulterated in Chinese veterinary medicine powder by cylinder-plate.Chinese veterinary medicine powder was simply dissolved in water and diluted with sterilized buffer solution,then dropped into the cylinder-plate with Micrococcus gambogica,and cultured for 16 h.From production of bacteriostatic circle or not can easy Judge if antibacterial drugs illegally adulterated in Chinese veterinary medicine powde.The results show that the negative samples has no interference,the limit of detection were from 1.5 mg·g^-1 to 3.5 mg·g^-1.This method was simple,quick and sensitive.It was suitable for detection of antibacterial drugs illegally adulterated in chinese veterinary medicine powder.
