四味穿心莲散及其组分对沙门菌的体外抑菌效果观察

摘　　要：检测四味穿心莲散及其组分(穿心莲、辣蓼、大青叶和葫芦茶)对沙门菌的体外抑菌效果。试验选用穿心莲、辣蓼、大青叶、葫芦茶等10种中药,采用试管二倍稀释法测定各中药水提物、两药联合及市售四味穿心莲散和自制四味穿心莲散对沙门菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示,四味穿心莲散的4种组分中,大青叶对沙门菌的抑菌活性最强,MIC为12.5 mg/mL;4种组分杀菌活性一致,MBC均为400 mg/mL;在两药联合中,4种联合呈现相加作用或协同作用;市售四味穿心莲散MIC和MBC均为200 mg/mL,自制四味穿心莲散MIC为50 mg/mL,MBC为200 mg/mL。分析结果表明,大青叶抑菌效果最好,杀菌效果与其他3种组分一致;自制四味穿心莲散的抑菌效果更具优势,杀菌效果与市售方剂一致。In order to detect Siweichuanxinlian powder and its components(Andrographis paniculata,Polygonum flaccidum,Folium Isatidis and Tadehagi triquetum)bacteriostatic effect of Salmonella in vitro,experiment chooses Andrographis paniculata,Polygonum flaccidum,Folium Isatidis,Tadehagi triquetum 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,such as tube double dilution method was used to determine the water extraction of Chinese traditional medicine,combination of two medicines and commercially available Siweichuanxinlian powder and self-prepared Siweichuanxinlian powder of the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The results showed that among the four components of Siweichuanxinlian powder,Folium Isatidis had the strongest bacteriostatic activity against Salmonella(MIC:12.5 mg·mL^-1).The bactericidal activity of the four components was the same,and MBC was 400 mg·mL^-1.In the combination of two drugs,4 kinds of combination showed additive effect or synergistic effect.The MIC and MBC of the commercially available Siweichuanxinlian powder prescription were both 200 mg·mL^-1,and the MIC of the self-prepared Siweichuanxinlian powder prescription was 50 mg·mL^-1 and MBC was 200 mg·mL^-1.The analysis results showed that Folium Isatidishad the best bacteriostatic effect,and the bactericidal effect was consistent with the other three components.The self-prepared Siweichuanxinlian powder prescription has more advantages in bacteriostatic effect,and the bactericidal effect is consistent with that of the commercial prescription.
