摘　　要：建立梯度洗脱HPLC法同时测定4种解热镇痛类药物的含量方法。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果表明,在该色谱条件下,对乙酰氨基酚、安乃近、安替比林、氨基比林分离良好;对乙酰氨基酚在50~500μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.9998,平均回收率为99.2%(n=9),RSD为0.6%;安乃近在10~250μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.9998,平均回收率为100.6%(n=9),RSD为0.8%;安替比林在10~100μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.9996,平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),RSD为1.0%;氨基比林在10~250μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.9997,平均回收率为98.9%(n=9),RSD为0.8%。本测定方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于同时测定以上4种解热镇痛类药物的含量。To develop gradient elution HPLC method for determination of four antipyretics.Analysis was performed on a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with methanol and 0.05 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase under gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 in 30℃condition.The determination wave length was 254 nm.The results showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 50~500μg·mL^-1(R=0.9998),and the average recovery was 99.2%(n=9)with RSD of 0.6%for paracetamol;the calibration curve was linear in the range of 10~250μg·mL^-1(R=0.9998),and the average recovery was 100.6%(n=9)with RSD of 0.8%for metamizole sodium;the calibration curve was linear in the range of10~100μg·mL^-1(R=0.9996),and the average recovery was 99.4%(n=9)with RSD of 1.0%for antipyrine;the calibration curve was linear in the range of 10~250μg·mL^-1(R=0.9997),and the average recovery was 98.9%(n=9)with RSD of 0.8%for aminopyrine.This method was simple,accurate and reliable for the determination the content of 4 anthelmintics.
