hs-CRP联合心肌酶CK-MB检测在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：为探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合心肌酶磷酸肌酸同工酶(CK-MB)检测对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的诊断价值,回顾2015年8月至2018年8月我院收治的120例腹泻患儿资料,患儿入院后均接受hs-CRP和心肌酶CK-MB检测,以大便轮状病毒检测为金标准,判断hs-CRP、心肌酶CK-MB单项及联合对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的诊断效果,并进行对比分析。结果显示,轮状病毒性肠炎患儿hs-CRP和心肌酶CK-MB水平均明显高于非轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,P<0.05。不同程度脱水的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿hs-CRP和心肌酶CK-MB水平比较差异显著,P<0.05,脱水程度越严重,hs-CRP和心肌酶CK-MB水平越高。hs-CRP联合心肌酶CK-MB诊断小儿轮状病毒性肠炎敏感性、特异性和准确性均高于hs-CRP或心肌酶CK-MB单项检测,P<0.05。结果表明,hs-CRP和心肌酶CK-MB可用于诊断小儿轮状病毒性肠炎,两者联合诊断价值更大,且可评估脱水严重程度。This study was to investigate the application value of a combined detection of hs-CRP and CKKB in the diagnosis of infantile rotaviral enteronitis(IRVE),reviewed the data of 120child-patients with diarrhea treated in authors'hospital(2015-08-2018-08):these patients had received combined detection of hs-CRP and CK-MB after admitted,and according to fecal virus detection results as gold-standard to judege the alone hs-CRP or CK-MB diagnostic efficacy,or both combined detection efficacy,then compared with each other.As results,the levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB in IRVE patients were significantly higher than that in non-IRVE patients(P<0.05);severer the dehydration were,higher the levels of hs-CRP and CKMB were,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificty and accuracy of combined detection of both were significantly higher than that of alone hs-CRP or alone CK-MB has more value for diagnosing IRVE than alone anyone,also can evaluate the severity of dehydration.
