彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿肠套叠的价值分析

摘　　要：为分析小儿肠套叠彩色多普勒超声影像学特点,探讨其诊断价值,回顾2018年1月至2019年1月于我院就诊的72例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,患儿均采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,分析超声影像特征及诊断结果。结果显示,本组72例患者,经超声确诊71例(98.61%),误诊1例(1.39%);单纯水肿肠套叠60例,坏死性肠套叠12例;其中回肠型22例,结肠型20例,盲肠型30例。患儿超声影像特征均表现为“套筒征”“同心圆征”。结果表明,彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿肠套叠准确率高,而且操作简单、方便快捷、无创,可为临床诊治提供切实可行的依据,具有临床应用价值。This study was to analyse the color Doppler ultrasound(CDU)image feature of infantile intussusception(Ⅱ),and then to explore its diagnostic value,reviewed the data of 72 Ⅱ patients treated in author’s hospital(2018-01-2019-01)who were all inspected with CDU,and from which analysed their sonic image features and diagnosed results.As results,in the 72 cases,71 were confirmed through CDU(accounted for 98.61%),1 were misdiagnosed(1.39%);Also,60 suffered from simply dropsical intussusception,12 from necrosis intussusception;among the 72 cases 22 was of ileum type,20 of colon type,30 of cecum type;the sonic image features of child-patients all showed as "thimble sign",and "concentric-circle sign".Results show that CDU in the diagnosis of Ⅱ has high accurary rate,its manupulation is simply and easy,non-invasive,as well as can provide practical and feasible basis for clinically diagnosing & treating Ⅱ,which has clinical application value.
