摘  要:介绍了目前丙烯生产技术进展情况并对各工艺的经济性进行了简要分析。未来随着炼化一体化项目的增多以及原油直接裂解制化学品产能的增长,蒸汽裂解与FCC装置仍将是丙烯的重要来源;PDH的发展主要取决于丙烷的价格,对进口原料的依赖使得装置的经济性存在一定程度的不确定性;随着炼油向化工转型,低碳烯烃生产丙烯将成为丙烯生产的补充,但因受制于原料及装置规模,竞争力有限;中低原油价位下,以甲醇为原料的MTP/MTO竞争力较弱。State-of-the-art propylene production technologies are introduced and their economic performances are briefly analyzed.In the future,as more refining-chemical integration are constructed and the capacity of crude oil-tochemicals(COTC)are growing,steam crackers and FCC plants will still be the major sources of propylene.The development of propane dehydrogenation(PDH)mainly depends on propane price.China's dependence on imported propane leaves PDH production facility's economic profitability with uncertainty.With the integration of refining and chemical industries,producing propylene from light olefins is going to be a supplement to propylene capacity,but is less competitive compared to other technologies because it is limited by raw material and facility scale.Pervasive medium to low oil price undermines the competiveness of MTP/MTO process which requires methanol feedstocks.
