摘  要:利用HTC-200、DZG-10催化剂,以裂解C5为原料,在小型固定床装置进行加氢实验。实验结果表明,裂解C5经两段加氢后烯烃质量分数降至0.05%,经蒸汽裂解模拟评价,双烯收率达到45.44%。最后对加氢C5进行了经济分析,就双烯收率而言,1 t加氢C5与0.942 t乙烯原料油相当,表明加氢后的C5是较理想的乙烯原料。Hydrogenation experiments for C5 fractions from steam cracker are carried out in a small fixed-bed by using HTC-200 and DZG-10 catalysts.Experimental results show that the content of olefins in C5 fractions drops to 0.05%after two stages of hydrogenation.The total yield of ethylene and propylene reaches 45.44%through simulation evaluation in steam cracking process.Finally,the economic analysis on the hydrogenated C5 fractions is carried out.As far as the total yield of ethylene and propylene is concerned,1 ton of hydrogenated C5 is equivalent to 0.942 tons of feedstock oil,indicating that hydrogenated C5 fractions is an ideal feedstock for ethylene.
