摘　　要：目的:分析个案管理模式在提高前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者自我护理能力、改善排尿症状及提升就医体验方面的效果。方法:采用整群随机抽样法抽取湖南省长沙市某三级甲等医院泌尿外科2018年1-8月就诊的90例前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各45例。对照组患者接受常规的护理和随访,实验组患者在此基础上接受6个月的个案管理,比较两组患者的自我护理能力、排尿症状及就医体验。结果:干预6个月后,实验组患者的自我护理能力总得分均高于干预前及高于对照组,国际前列腺症状评分量表得分和就医体验得分均低于干预前及低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个案管理模式能有效提高前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者的自我护理能力、改善排尿症状及提升就医体验。Objective:To analyze the effects of case management model on improving self-care ability,urinary symptoms and patient experience of patients with prostate cancer experiencing endocrine therapy.Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to recruit 90 patients with prostate cancer experiencing endocrine therapy from January to August of 2018 in a tertiary grade A hospital in Changsha,Hunan province.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care and follow-up,while patients in the experimental group received 6 months of case management in addition to the routine care and follow-up.Self-care ability,urinary symptoms and patient experience of the two groups were compared.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the total score of self-care ability of the experimental group was higher than before and the control group.The scores of the International Prostate Symptom Scale and patient experience were lower than before and the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case management model can effectively improve the self-care ability,urinary symptoms and experience of patients with prostate cancer experiencing endocrine therapy.
