摘　　要：重症监护外展服务作为新型患者管理模式,可有效改善患者预后。本文介绍了重症监护外展服务的目标、患者分级,综述了国外有关重症监护外展服务在重症监护外展活动、预警系统、患者及医疗系统等方面的相关研究,并在此基础上,对重症监护外展服务的研究前景进行了展望。As a new model of patient management,the Critical Care Outreach Services can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.This paper introduces the objectives of Critical Care Outreach Services and relevant patient classification,and then summarizes the related studies at home and abroad on the Critical Care Outreach Services in critical care outreach activities,early warning system,patients and medical system.Following this,it proposes prospects of further researches on the Critical Care Outreach Services.
