摘  要:目的探讨精益六西格玛管理DMAIC流程在改善透析设备运转率管理中的应用效果。方法选择济南市中心医院血液净化中心采用的透析设备共60例,分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。2019年6月至2020年1月,试验组采用精益管理中的DMAIC流程对透析设备进行管理,对照组采用常规设备管理,比较两组设备运转时长、患者等待时长及患者满意度。结果两组患者性别、年龄、透析龄、内瘘穿刺所用时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组透析设备运转时长、患者等待时长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。试验组患者满意度达标率优于对照组。结论基于精益管理的DMAIC流程管理可以提高透析设备的运转率,优化透析治疗流程,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of Six Sigma management DMAIC process in the management of dialysis equipment operation rate.Methods A total of 60 cases of dialysis equipments in the Blood Purification Center of Jinan Central Hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted DMAIC in lean management from June 2019 to January 2020.The management of the dialysis equipment by the process was compared with the conventional control group for the operation time of the equipment,patient waiting time and patient satisfaction.Results The gender,age,dialysis years,and fistula puncture time of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The operation time of the dialysis equipment and the waiting time of the patients in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusions Lean management-based DMAIC process management can improve the operating rate of dialysis equipment,optimize the dialysis treatment process and improve patient satisfaction.
