摘　　要：目的分析透析教育结合集束化对症管理对妊娠合并重度高脂血症性胰腺炎患者透析质量及心理状态的影响。方法将2016年10月至2019年10月我院收治的妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者82例按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组血液透析前予透析健康教育,观察组在血液透析后增加集束化干预措施。观察两组患者腹痛缓解时间、禁食时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、住院时间,干预前后患者焦虑抑郁评分情况、干预前后肢体疼痛发生及穿刺点肿胀发生情况。结果干预后观察组腹痛缓解时间、禁食时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血液透析后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透析教育结合集束化对症管理能够快速缓解妊娠合并重度高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的症状与体征,提高透析质量,改善焦虑、抑郁等负向情绪,调整心理状态。Objective To analyze the effect of dialysis health education combined with cluster symptomatic management on the quality and mental state of dialysis in hemodialysis patients with severe hyperlipidemia pancreatitis during pregnancy.Methods According to the random number table method,82 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were divided into 2 groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given dialysis health education before dialysis.The observation group was given dialysis health education before dialysis and intensive interventions after dialysis.The time of abdominal pain relief,fasting time,blood amylase recovery time and hospital time,the anxiety and depression scores of patients before and after intervention were observed.The occurrence of limb pain and swelling of puncture points before and after intervention were analyzed.Results The abdominal pain relief time,fasting time,blood amylase recovery time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after hemodialysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dialysis health education combined with cluster symptomatic management can quickly relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with severe hyperlipidemia pancreatitis during pregnancy,and their quality of dialysis,improve their negative emotions of anxiety and depression,and adjust their psychological state.
