摘 要:高频隔离型直接AC-AC变换器的传统调制策略会产生电压尖峰,存在极大的安全隐患。分析了传统移相式调制策略产生电压尖峰的本质原因,即无法保证变压器电流与输出侧电感电流的平滑过渡。进一步提出原边采用脉宽调制控制、副边采用工频同步控制的新型调制策略,在每个开关周期内均保证了由续流态转到功率传输态之前变压器电流与输出侧电感电流相等,从而避免了电流跳变,也由此彻底消除了电压尖峰。详细的实验结果证明了所提调制策略的正确性和可行性。Conventional modulation strategies for high-frequency isolated direct AC-AC converters generate voltage spikes,which may cause significant safety hazards.The essential reason that traditional phase-shift modulation strategy generates voltage spike is analyzed,i.e.the smooth transition from transformer current to output side inductor current can’t be guaranteed.On this basis,a novel modulation strategy is proposed,in which the primary side uses pulse width modulation control and the secondary side uses power frequency synchronous control.In each switching cycle,the transformer current is equal to the output side inductor current before the transition from the freewheeling state to the power transmission state,so as to avoid the sudden change of current and completely eliminate the voltage spike.The detailed experimental results demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed modulation strategy.
