摘 要:为确保隧道爆破掘进所诱发的振动对明长城遗址不造成影响,以萨道夫斯基公式为基础,基于量纲分析法建立多影响因素的隧道台阶爆破地表质点峰值振动速度预测模型;在此基础上对现场监测数据进行非线性回归运算,将运算结果分别回代萨氏公式及新建公式进行振速预测,并做出准确度评价,二者最大平均相对误差分别为40.4%与15.9%,证明了新建公式对振速预测的准确性。同时利用HHT法对爆破振动信号进行处理,获得Hilbert谱及相应的瞬时能量图,从能量角度分析了爆破振动的传播衰减规律;同时依据相关规程考虑最不利因素,确定保护明长城遗址的安全限界,并提出相应的减振措施,为下穿明长城遗址段爆破施工方案设计及相关科学研究提供理论参考依据。In order to ensure that the vibration induced by tunnel blasting does not affect the site of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty,based on Sadolfsky formula and dimensional analysis method,a prediction model of surface peak particle velocity of tunnel bench blasting considering multiple influencing factors is established.On this basis,nonlinear regression calculation is carried out on the field monitoring data.The calculation results were returned to the Sadolfsky formula and the newly-built formula to predict the vibration velocity and evaluate the accuracy.The maximum average relative errors are 40.4%and 15.9%respectively,which proves the accuracy of the new formula.At the same time,the HHT method is used to process the blasting vibration signal,and the Hilbert spectrum and the corresponding instantaneous energy diagram are obtained,and the propagation and attenuation law of blasting vibration is analyzed from the energy point of view.At the same time,according to the relevant regulations and considering the most unfavorable factors,the safety limit for the protection of the Great Wall site of the Ming Dynasty is determined,and the corresponding vibration reduction measures are put forward,so as to provide a theoreticol reference for the design of blasting construction scheme of the section under the Great Wall Ruins and related scientific research.
