摘　　要：There is controversy regarding the perioperative complications,safety,and long-term quality of life for duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection(DPPHR)and pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).We performed a comparative analysis of DPPHR and PD in the treatment of benign and low-grade malignant diseases of the pancreatic head.The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University(No.K202001-14),and was in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.Because this was a retrospective study and the data analysis was performed anonymously,this study was exempt from informed consent from patients.
