摘　　要：中医药在肿瘤防治中的作用日益凸显,而临床疗效的突破需要理论的不断创新。以中医病机辨证体系为指导,从病理因素、病位、病性三个方面解析中医癌毒病机辨证体系的基本要素,进一步阐述以癌毒病机为核心的中医肿瘤辨治体系的基本步骤,包括辨识基本病理因素、辨识具体脏腑病位、确立治则治法及选方用药,以期丰富完善中医肿瘤理论体系,为中医肿瘤临床辨治提供指导。The role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in tumor prevention and treatment is increasingly prominent.The breakthrough of clinical efficacy needs continuous innovation in theory.Guided by the TCM pathoge-nesis syndrome differentiation,this paper analyzes the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of TCM cancer pathogenesis from pathological factors,disease location and disease nature,and further expounds the basic steps of the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system of cancer,including identifying the basic pathological factors,identifying the specific disease location,establishing the treatment principles and methods and selecting prescriptions and drugs in order to enrich and improve the theoretical system of tumour on TCM and to provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumor in TCM.
