摘　　要：总结白长川从"滞"论治小儿脾胃病的经验。"滞伤脾胃"是白长川在李杲"内伤脾胃,百病由生"学术思想基础上,结合现代社会饮食、生活习惯及脾胃疾病症状表现特点总结而成。儿童本就具有脾常不足的生理病理特点,加之环境因素、喂养方式的改变,"滞"导致的脾胃疾病较成人更为突出。依据不同病因特点,采用运脾和胃治则,分别从食滞、寒滞、热滞、湿滞、气滞、瘀滞、毒滞、虚滞等方面,以健运、升运、通(降)运、和运、疏运、温运、滋运等运脾七法辨证论治。This paper summarized the experience of BAI Changchuan in treating children spleen and stomach di-seases from"stagnation"theory.Based on LI Gao's theory that"internal impairment of the spleen and stomach would bring about various diseases",and integrated with modern society′s diet and living habits as well as the features of symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases,BAI Changchuan held that"the spleen and stomach can be harmed by stangnation".It is known that"the spleen is often insufficient"in children with regard to physiological and pathological characteristics;moreover,with the changes of environmental factors and feeding ways,the"stagnation"-induced spleen and stomach diseases are more prominent in children than in adults.The principle of"fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach"is suggested to be adopted to treat the"stagnation",which can be divided into food stagnation,cold stagnation,heat stagnation,dampness stagnation,qi stagnation,blood stagnation,toxin stagnation,stagnation due to deficiency,and others according to different causes.The seven methods to fortify the spleen include transporting,raising,descending,harmonizing,dispersing,warming and nourishing the yin,yang,qi and blood of the spleen.
