实施研究对针灸临床研究的启示与思考

摘　　要：促进循证证据向临床实践转化,优化针灸临床研究模式与框架,对于针灸理论的升华与创新具有重要意义。实施研究是一种全新的研究模式,其关注干预的实施过程和影响因素,对于针灸临床研究可能具有较好的指导作用。对实施研究的内涵、运用模式、设计方法等进行系统梳理,通过剖析真实世界中针灸临床研究特点和循证证据应用中的难点,提出借助实施研究策略来优化针灸临床研究模式的思路,探讨实施研究可能在针灸传承、学科发展及国际传播中的优势。倡导借助实施研究模式与框架来优化针灸临床研究模式,促进真实世界中针灸方案的高效实施,提升针灸干预的临床效果,促进针灸临床研究的理论创新。To promote the transformation of evidence-based evidence into clinical practice and optimize the clinical research model and framework of acupuncture and moxibustion are of great significance to the sublimation and innovation of acupuncture theory.Implementation research is a brand-new research model,which focuses on the implementation process and influencing factors of intervention,and may have a good guiding role for clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion.The connotation,application model,design method of the implementation research were systematically sorted out,and the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical research in the real world and the difficulties in the application of evidence-based evidence were analyzed,and the idea of optimizing the acupuncture clinical research model by implementing research strategies was proposed.Implementation research may have advantages in acupuncture inheritance,discipline development and international communication.The use of implementation research models and frameworks to optimize acupuncture clinical research models was advocated to promote the efficient implementation of acupuncture programs in the real world,to improve the clinical effects of acupuncture interventions,and to promote theoretical innovation in acupuncture clinical research.
