健康中国视阈下“体育·医疗·养老”融合路径构想

摘　　要：在健康中国视阈下,以提升老年人健康水平和养老服务为目标,运用文献资料、比较分析等研究方法,探讨“体育·医疗·养老”融合发展的路径。梳理体育、医疗、养老相结合的研究进展,阐述“体育·医疗·养老”融合具有追求目标的一致性、相互之间存在产业渗透和拥有良好的前期基础等方面的可行性。并提出根据老年人不同的健康状态,构建健康状态与亚健康状态、慢性疾病状态和半失能与失能状态三种“体医养”融合思路。最后提出“体医养”融合需要政府引导,搭建“体医养”融合发展的平台;培养专业人才,提供“体医养”融合发展的团队基础;创新融点,拓宽“体医养”结合面;转变传统养老观念,便于“体医养”理念的输入等建议。From the perspective of healthy China,the paper aims to improve the health level of the elderly and the elderly care services,and discusses the path of integrated development of"sports,medical treatment and elderly care"by using research methods such as literature data and comparative analysis.Carding combined research progress of physical education,health care,pension,elaborated"sports,health care,pension"fusion has the consistent pursuit of goals,mutual penetration between industry and have good preliminary basis of feasibility,and put forward according to the different state of health of the elderly,build the state of health and sub-health status,chronic disease and disability and the fail state three ideas"body d a"fusion,finally put forward"body d a"fusion need government guidance,build"body d a"fusion development platform;Cultivate professional talents,and provide the team foundation for the integrated development of"physical health care";Innovation and fusion point,broaden the combination of"physical and medical care";It is suggested to change the traditional idea of supporting the aged and facilitate the input of the idea of"physical health care".
