摘　　要：主要介绍洪塘水厂的建设背景,分析改造项目在设计中面临的主要问题,包括旧处理工艺是否拆除、用地不足及如何保障安全生产,结合相关工程经验及该项目特点,提出应对措施及设计方案。This paper mainly introduces the construction background of Hongtang Waterworks,analyzes the main problems in the design of the renovation project,including whether to dismantle the old treatment process,the shortage of land and how to ensure safe production,and puts forward the corresponding measures and design scheme based on relevant engineering experience and the characteristics of this project.
