摘　　要：简要介绍当前中国糖业,特别是广西糖业的发展现状,指出糖业市场已发生了根本改变,试图从糖业发展历史中分析问题、探寻规律、总结经验,并提出改一步法为两步法生产、改单一成品为多种成品、糖厂转型、甘蔗收购按质论价等相应的建议和对策,以期能抛砖引玉,激发扩散性思维,供业内相关人士作参考。This paper briefly introduces the current development status of China's sugar industry,especially Guangxi sugar industry,and points out that the fundamental changes have undergone in sugar industry market.It tries to analyze problems,explore rule and summarize experience from the sugar industry's development history.At last,two-step production method,multiple products,sugar factory transformation,sugarcane purchase based on quality and other corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed,and aim at creating ideas and stimulating diffuse thinking for reference by relevant people in the industry.
