摘　　要：我国东、西南部地区民俗文化的形成,与当地悠久的甘蔗种植与榨蔗制糖历史息息相关。文章对近古代东、西南部地区蔗糖民俗文化进行系统性梳理,总结了我国传统制糖工艺、艺术与区域性蔗糖民俗文化之间的关系,对啃蔗用蔗、赌蔗斗甘等特色鲜明的特色民俗文化进行分析,认为东部沿海地区的蔗糖民俗文化是粤、闽、桂、琼传统文化中的重要组成部分,具有极强的地方文化色彩。The formation of folk culture in the eastern and southwestern region is closely related to the long history of sugarcane planting and extracting.The article systematically summaries the sugar folk culture in the ancient times,and sums up the relationship between traditional sugar processing technology,art and regional sugar folk culture in China.The characteristics of folk culture are analyzed,and it is believed that the sugar folk culture in the eastern coastal area is an important part of the traditional culture of Guangdong,Fujian,Guangxi,and Hainan,and it has a strong local cultural color.
