摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合聚乙烯薄膜在降低重症监护病房(ICU)患者眼部并发症中的临床效果。方法选取2018-01/2019-04期间我院ICU的住院患者54例,随机分为对照组(n=27)和试验组(n=27),对照组采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合红霉素眼膏进行护理,试验组采用眼部穴位按摩联合聚乙烯薄膜进行护理,干预1周后,比较2组眼部并发症和泪液功能试验情况。结果试验组在眼结膜红肿、眼部分泌物增多、角膜混浊等并发症发生率和泪液功能试验异常明显低于对照组, 2组患者眼部并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU采用穴位按摩联合聚乙烯薄膜护理眼部,可降低患者眼部并发症的发生率,提高其生活质量,改善预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with polyethylene film in reducing eye complications in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 54 ICU patients in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=27)and the experimental group(n=27).The control group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops combined with erythromycin eye ointment,and the experimental group was treated with eye point massage combined with polyethylene film.After one week of intervention,the eye complications and tear function test of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications such as conjunctival redness,ocular secretion increase,corneal opacity and abnormal tear function test in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference in the incidence of eye complications between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with polyethylene film nursing in ICU ward can reduce the incidence of eye complications,improve the quality of life and the prognosis.
