摘 要:为了开发具有除甲醛效果的新型功能性窗帘,以涤纶网络丝和光触媒纱线作为原料,设计了4种不同组织结构的织物,采用超声浸轧、预烘和定形进行光催化后整理。采用X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见光分光光度计和电子扫描显微镜对光催化后整理的织物进行表征观察,并对其基本性能和除甲醛性能进行测试。结果表明:通过光催化整理能够使改性纳米TiO2负载到织物上并发挥可见光催化作用降解甲醛。其中8枚3飞纬缎结构的织物除甲醛效率最高,在可见光下16 h的除甲醛率就达到90%以上,水洗10次后仍具有除甲醛效果,其基本性能满足家纺装饰布的要求。In order to develop a new functional curtain with the effect of removing formaldehyde,polyester interlaced yarn and photocatalyst yarn were used as raw materials to design 4 fabrics with different weave structures.The photocatalytic finishing was carried out by ultrasonic padding,prebaking and sizing.The fabrics finished by photocatalysis were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and electronic scanning microscope,and their basic properties and formaldehyde removal performance were tested.The test results showed that the modified nano-TiO2 could be loaded onto the fabric by photocatalytic finishing and play a visible-light photocatalytic effect to degrade formaldehyde.Among them,8/3 weft satin structure had the highest formaldehyde removal efficiency,and the formaldehyde removal rate was more than 90%under visible light for 16 h.After washing for 10 times,there was still formaldehyde removal effect,and the basic performance met the requirements of home textile decorative cloth.
