摘　　要：探索利用道夫转移率进行质量监控管理的途径,解决目前业界无法简便快捷地计算出道夫转移率的现状。通过对道夫转移率计算公式的理论推导,提出了利用条干仪简便地检测道夫转移率的方法,通过实践案例介绍了其具体操作方法。经过实践验证,该方法操作方便快捷,测试结果对工艺参数优化、产品质量管理具有较好的指导作用。This paper aims to explore quality monitoring management by doffer transfer rate and solve the problem that the doffer transfer rate cannot be simply figured out in the industry.Through the theoretical derivation of the formula for calculating the doffer transport rate,an easy detection method was proposed to detect the doffer transfer rate by the evenness tester,and the specific operation method was introduced by cases.The practice shows that the method is convenient and quick to operate,and the test results have a good guiding effect on the process parameter optimization and product quality management.
