摘　　要：为赋予聚乙烯-聚丙烯非织造布优异的亲水性能,通过液体穿透时间、视频接触角和表面张力等性质的测定,研究阴阳离子表面活性剂结构和配伍对其溶液和界面性质的影响,探讨阴阳离子表面活性剂整理后聚乙烯-聚丙烯非织造布的首次透水时间(T 1)和第三次透水时间(T 3值)与结构和配伍间的关系等。结果表明:当非织造布中整理剂含量相同(或相近)时,阴阳离子表面活性剂复配液整理后聚乙烯-聚丙烯非织造布多次亲水效果明显好于单一的阴、阳离子表面活性剂整理。摩尔比选择得当和阴阳离子表面活性剂复合物的疏水链总碳数≤34时,总碳数越多,T 3值越小。In order to impart excellent hydrophilic properties to polyethylene-polypropylene nonwovens,the liquid penetration time,video contact angle,surface tension were measured to study the effects of the structure and compatibility of anionic and ionic surfactants on the solution and interfacial properties.Besides,the relationship among the first permeation time(T 1)and the third permeation time(T 3)of polyethylene-polypropylene nonwovens treated with anionic and ionic surfactants,the structure and compatibility was discussed.The results show that:When the finishing agent content in nonwovens was the same(or similar),the repeated hydrophilic effect of polythene-polypropylene nonwovens after being finished with anionic and ionic surfactant mixture was obviously better than that of single anionic and cationic surfactant finishing.When the molar ratio was properly selected and the total carbon number of the hydrophobic chain of the cation and anion surfactant complex was≤34,the more the total carbon number was,the smaller T 3 value would be.
