摘　　要：双面数码印花是一种采用喷印的方式在面料正反面印制达到正反面色差小或同花异色、异花异色效果的印花工艺。为了获得数码印花面料正反面相近颜色图案,总结了前处理、精准定位喷印和印后处理等关键工艺及其工艺注意点。研究了海藻浆、海D浆料、AD浆料和4018浆料对于不同色调墨水喷印的得色量和渗透性,优选出AD浆料和4018浆为双面数码印花的前处理浆料;通过采用软件定位和图形处理系统转换花型及精确定位后再反面喷印染料墨水的方法,达到双面精准定位印花的目的;同时探索了后处理对产品质量的影响因素。研究和实践表明,通过上述工艺的把控,可以取得良好的双面数码印花质量。Double-sided digital printing is a process of printing on front and back faces of the fabric by spray printing method to achieve the effect of small color differences between front and back faces,different colors of the same flower and different colors for different flowers.In order to obtain the similar color pattern on front and back faces of the fabric,the key processes and process notes of pretreatment,precise positioning printing and post-printing processing were summarized.The color yield and permeability of seaweed sizing,D sizing,AD sizing and 4018 sizing for ink spray printing with different colors were studied,and AD sizing and 4018 sizing were optimized as the pretreatment sizing of double-sided digital printing.The software positioning and graphic processing system were used to change the pattern and accurately locate the pattern,and then dye ink was sprayed on the back side to achieve the purpose of double-sided accurate positioning printing.At the same time,the influencing factors of post-treatment on product quality were explored.The research and practice show that through the control of the above processes,satisfactory double-sided digital printing quality can be achieved.
