摘　　要：目的调查海军部队官兵心理卫生服务现状和需求,为有效开展心理卫生服务提供依据。方法采用《部队心理卫生服务状况和需求》调查问卷对海军某部510名官兵进行调查。结果共发放问卷510份,回收有效问卷495份,问卷回收率为97.06%。7.88%的官兵表示对心理知识比较了解,29.90%的官兵表示对心理知识很感兴趣,47.27%的官兵接受过心理卫生服务。官兵获取心理知识的途径主要包括心理知识讲座和网络;官兵最认可的心理服务形式主要包括心理知识讲座和一对一心理咨询;官兵最渴望获得的心理知识主要为如何提高个人心理素质、如何提高人际交往能力以及学会情绪管理。结论海军官兵对心理健康知识的需求较为普遍,但知晓率不高。可通过心理知识讲座和网络等形式普及海军官兵需要的心理健康知识。Objective To investigate the situation and demands for mental health service among naval officers and soldiers and to provide evidence to future mental health service.Methods 510 participants were enrolled in this study.A questionnaire,the situation and demand for mental health service for troops,was used.Results A total of 510 questionnaires were sent out and 495 valid questionnaires were recollected with a valid returned ratio of 97.06%.7.88% of the participants knew well about psychological knowledge.29.90% of the participants were very interested in psychological knowledge.47.27% of the participants accepted mental health service mainly by education and internet.The most approved patterns of mental health service were psychological lecture and one-on-one counseling.The most desired mental health service included personal mental quality,interpersonal communication and emotion management.Conclusion There is a great demand for psychological knowledge among naval officers and soldiers,but the awareness rate is low.More psychological knowledge can be spread via education and internet for naval officers and soldiers.
