多磺酸粘多糖乳膏不同用药时机对自体动静脉内瘘穿刺并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多磺酸粘多糖不同用药时机对预防自体动静脉内瘘穿刺并发症的效果。方法选取2017年8月~2019年10月收治于北京市三级甲等医院的固定规律血液透析患者140例,随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组70例。两组患者分别于透析后12和24 h在自体动静脉内瘘处使用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,观察25周内两组患者自体动静脉内瘘穿刺并发症的发生情况。结果试验组和对照组患者穿刺并发症的发生情况及发生时间点比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预25周后,试验组的治疗时实际血流量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于无出血倾向的患者可在透析结束后12 h开始使用多磺酸粘多糖,促进损伤的修复,维护自体动静脉内瘘的治疗血流量。Objective To observe the efficacy of Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate given by different administration occasion on prevention of complications of arteriovenous fistula.Methods From August 2017 to October 2019,140 patients with regular hemodialysis admitted to the grade Third-A hospital in Beijing were divided into experimental group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.In the two groups,Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream was used 12 hours and 24 hours after the operation respectively.The puncture complications of the two groups were observed within 25 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the occurrence and the time point of occurrence of puncture complications between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);After 25 weeks of intervention,the amount of blood flow in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients without bleeding tendency,polysulfonate mucopolysaccharide can be used 12 hours after dialysis to promote the repair of injury and maintain the treatment blood flow of autogenous arteriovenous fistula.
