摘 要:豆瓣绿(Peperomia tetraphylla)是一种常见的观叶植物,并具有较高的药用价值。为提高豆瓣绿繁殖的生根效率我们开展其试管苗瓶内和瓶外生根的比较研究。结果表明,瓶内生根时MS培养基中添加0.1 mg/L IBA可以取得最佳的生根率和根系质量;试管苗用100 mg/L IBA溶液浸泡30min进行瓶外生根时效果最佳。综合来看,瓶外生根的成活率达95.9%,高于瓶内生根条件下77.1%的移栽成活率,并且瓶外生根可以缩短育苗时间,降低培养成本,更加符合商业化育苗的要求,从而具有更高的发展潜能。Peperomia tetraphylla is a common foliage plant with high medicinal value.In order to improve the rooting efficiency of P.tetraphylla,in vitro produced shoots were rooted under in vitro as well as ex vitro conditions.Our results demonstrated that MS medium containing 0.1 mg/L IBA was the most efficient for inducing roots under in vitro conditions and in vitro raised shoots immersed with 100 mg/L IBA for 30 min was best under ex vitro conditions.The rooting rate under ex vitro conditions was reached 95.9%,which was much higher than in vitro conditions of 77.1%.In a word,the survival rate of ex vitro rooting was higher in comparison to in vitro rooting plants,and ex vitro rooting can shorten the time for cultivating seedlings,reduce the cost of cultivation and meet the requirements of commercialized production.So the ex vitro rooting has more potency of development.
