摘 要:合成生物学是中国现代化关键战略技术之一,目前中国在底盘细胞构建、化学品合成的元件设计合成、合成途径创建及合成细胞工厂构建,以及合成生物学基本技术开发方面取得了一系列重要进展,中国合成生物学技术时代的发展必然会大力推动植物资源的开发与利用,成为新的经济增长点。本文详细的论述了合成生物学在次生代谢产物生物合成和植物抗性改造、植物资源的种植与鉴定、精细化学品的开发与利用等方面的运用,中国合成生物学技术时代的发展必然会大力推动植物资源的开发与利用,成为新的经济增长点。Synthetic biology is one of the key strategic technologies in China's modernization.At present,a series of important progresses have been made in the construction of chassis cells,the design and synthesis of chemical synthesis elements,the establishment of synthetic pathway and the construction of synthetic cell factories,as well as the development of basic technologies of synthetic biology.The development of China's synthetic biology technology era will certainly promote the development and utilization of plant resources and become a new economic growth point.In this paper,the application of synthetic biology in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and the transformation of plant resistance,the cultivation and identification of plant resources,and the development and utilization of fine chemicals are discussed in detail.The development of China's synthetic biology technology era will promote the development and utilization of plant resources and become a new economic growth point.
