摘　　要：抗日战争期间,日本侵略者企图以大轰炸来摧毁中国人民的抗日意志。在福建省政府内迁永安期间,日军对永安实施"无差别大轰炸"。侵华日机在永安空中侦察6次,对永安城区实施轰炸达13次之多,给永安人民造成重大人口伤亡和财产损失。省政府经过多次调查统计,确定山区小县永安是受侵华日机轰炸损失最严重、需要救济难民超过人口50%的县之一。During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Japanese invaders tried to destroy the anti-Japanese will of the Chinese people by bombing. During the relocation of the Fujian provincial government to Yong’an, the Japanese troops carried out " no difference bombing ". The Japanese reconnoitered 6 times in Yong’an and bombed Yong’an city area 13 times, causing heavy casualties and property losses to Yong’an people. After many investigations and statistics, the provincial government determined that Yong’an, a small mountain county, was one of the counties that suffered the most serious damage from the bombing of the invading Japanese aircrafts and needed more than 50% of the relief refugees.
