摘  要:总结了近年来国内外碳化法制备拟薄水铝石的技术和改进方法,探讨了中和pH、中和温度、NaAlO2溶液浓度、CO2浓度以及老化方式、洗涤方式、干燥方式对产物性质的影响。评述了碳化法的不同制备工艺的优缺点,对制备出性质稳定、产品的重复性和再现性更稳定的拟薄水铝石的发展趋势进行了展望,指出开发低成本、绿色环保、利于规模化的制备工艺,是未来的发展方向。The preparation and improvement methods for pseudo-boehmite with carbonization process reported at domestic and foreign in recent years were summarized.The influence factors such as neutralization pH value,neutralization temperature,the concentration of NaAlO 2 solution and CO 2,aging process,washing process,drying process on the properties of prepared pseudo-boehmite were investigated.Both advantages and disadvantages as well as development trend about carbonization process were reviewed.The development trend of the preparation of pseudo-boehmite with stable properties and more stable repeatability and reproducibility was prospected.It was pointed out that the development of low-cost,environmental friendly and large-scale preparation technology was the future development direction.
