摘 要:醋酸乙酯作为重要的有机溶剂被广泛应用于化学工业生产、有机化合物合成等领域。工业上醋酸乙酯的常用的生产方法主要有乙酸酯化法、乙酸/乙烯加成法、乙醛缩合法和乙醇脱氢法等,随着新型技术的不断发展,出现了诸多新的合成方法和新型的催化剂。本文介绍了醋酸乙酯的合成方法、精制方法并分析了它们的优缺点,最后进行了当醋酸乙酯的前市前景及今后发展方向。Ethyl acetate is an important organic solvent widely used in industry and organic synthesis.In industry,there are four main methods of ethyl acetate production:acetic esterification,acetic/ethylene addition,acetaldehyde condensation and ethanol dehydrogenation.With the development of new technology,there are many new synthesis methods and new catalysts.The synthetic and refined methods of ethyl acetate were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The market prospect and future development direction of ethyl acetate were discussed.
