摘 要:以Zn(NO3)2和NaOH为反应原料,乙醇和水混合溶液为溶剂,180℃时水热法反应6 h制备了棒状ZnO纳米材料。通过X射线衍射和环境扫描电镜对产物进行表征和鉴定,并研究其光致发光性能。180℃所制备的棒状ZnO材料长度约500~700 nm,直径约40~170 nm,形貌较好。随着温度升高,所制备ZnO纳米材料在275 nm处的光致发光强度显著增强。结果表明,通过添加表面活性剂SDBS和控制反应温度,可实现对ZnO纳米棒结构和形貌的有效调控。ZnO materials were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.ZnO nanorods were obtained via the reaction of Zn(NO 3)2 and NaOH in ethanol-water binary solvent at 180℃for 6 h.The products were identified and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy.The photoluminescence performance of the obtained materials was also studied.The morphology of ZnO materials obtained at 180℃were better,and they were mainly rods with the average length about 500~700 nm and diameter in the range of 40~160 nm.The photoluminescence at 275 nm of the obtained ZnO materials increased obviously with temperature.The structure and morphology of ZnO nanorods were effectively controlled by adding SDBS and controlling the reaction temperature.
