摘  要:从厦门华厦学院天鹅湖底泥中,分离筛选出能降解氨氮的菌株,研究菌株降解氨氮的最适条件,包括其培养温度、转速、起始的pH值、培养时间。结果表明,从天鹅湖中的水底污泥获得7株氨氮降解菌,其中编号为TEH-03菌株对氨氮的降解能力最高。TEH-03菌株在最适培养条件下即温度26℃、pH值7.0,转速120 r·min^-1,该菌株培养14 h的对氨氮的降解率可以达到86.83%。将TEH-03菌株作用于富营养化的实际水体中,对氨氮的降解率达到77.78%。本研究可为水体氨氮污染的生物降解提供应用基础。The strains which can degrade ammonia nitrogen were screened and isolated from the bottom mud of Swan Lake of Xiamen Huaxia University.The optimum conditions for the degradation of ammonia nitrogen including the culture temperature,rotation speed,initial pH value and culture time were studied.The results showed that among the 7 strains of ammonia nitrogen degrading bacteria obtained from the bottom sludge of Swan Lake,using THE-03 strain would have the highest degradation rate.Under the optimum growth conditions of 26℃,pH value of 7.0 and rotating speed of 120 r·min^-1,the ammonia nitrogen degradation ability of TEH-03 strain can reach 86.83%after 14 h incubation.When TEH-03 strain was applied to eutrophic water,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 77.78%.This study might provide application basis for the biodegradation of ammonia nitrogen pollution in water.
