摘　　要：以扬州工业职业技术学院石油化工技术专业群产教深度融合实训平台建设为例,对实训平台建设与运行机制,平台和数字化教学资源建设、实践育人体系构建、校企混编实训指导教师的打造、实践育人和服务能力提升等方面进行了研究,打造“合作机制新、育人成效高、服务能力强”的国内一流的产教融合实训平台。依托该平台,校企共育双技人才、共享实训设施、共培职教师资、共建品牌专业、共享信息资源、共推技术服务。Taking the construction of industry-education integration training platform of Petrochemical Technology specialty group in Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute as an example,the construction and operation mechanism of the training platform,the construction of the platform and digital teaching resources,the construction of the practical education system,the construction of the school enterprise mixed training instructors,the practical education and the improvement of the service ability were studied,so as to build a first-class industry-education integration training platform with new cooperation mechanism,high education effect and strong service ability.Relying on this platform,schools and enterprises can jointly cultivate dual technology talents,share practical training facilities,train vocational teachers,build brand specialties,share information resources and promote technical services.
