摘　　要：目的研究云南省彝族健康人群CX3CR1基因V249I多态位点分布情况以及与其他人群之间的差异,为探讨CX3CR1基因相关疾病分子机制提供理论基础。方法使用PCR-RFLP技术检测云南省晋宁县双河乡268例彝族健康个体CX3CR1基因V249I位点多态性,分别计算基因型频率和等位基因频率,并与其它人群该位点多态性分布相比较。结果晋宁县彝族人群CX3CR1基因VV、VI、II基因型频率分别为86.53%、12.25%、1.22%;V、I等位基因的频率分别为92.65%和7.35%。与已报道的日本人、法国人、意大利人、高加索人、希腊人、印度人、塞尔维亚人与维吾尔族人、汉族人、新疆汉族人相比,CX3CR1基因V249I位点基因型分布和基因频率差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与傣族人、景颇族人、湖南汉族人、包头汉族人无论从基因型分布还是基因频率均差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 CX3CR1基因V249I多态性分布在部分民族和种族之间存在一定的差异,其中不同种族之间的差异更为显著。Objective To explore the distribution of CX3 CR1 gene V249 I polymorphism in the healthy Yi nationality population of Yunnan province,and then describe the difference between CX3 CR1 gene V249 I polymorphism and other populations, so as to provide a foundation for exploring the pathogenesis of CX3 CR1 gene-related diseases. Methods The polymorphism of CX3 CR1 gene V249 I was detected by PCR-RFLP in 268 healthy Yi individuals in Jinning County,Yunnan Province and the allele and genotype frequencies were calculated and used to compare with other populations. Results The genotype frequencies of CX3 CR1 gene VV, VI and II were 86.53%, 12.25% and 1.22% respectively, and the allele frequencies of V and I were 92.65% and7.35%. Compared with the reported French, Japanese, Italian, Greek, Indian, Caucasian, Serbian,Uygur, Han and Xinjiang Han, there were exactly significant differences in gene frequency and genotype distribution of CX3 CR1(P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in CX3 CR1 genotype distribution or gene frequency between Jingpo nationality,Dai nationality,Hunan Han and Baotou Han nationality(P > 0.05).Conclusion The V249 I polymorphism of CX3 CR1 gene is exactly different among some ethnic groups, especially in some specific races.
