摘  要:目的探讨高分辨率MRI在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床确诊的15例多囊卵巢综合征患者(PCOS组),同时选择15例年龄与PCOS组相匹配的健康女性作为正常对照组。观察两组卵巢的体积、卵泡数目的差异。结果 PCOS组平均卵巢体积(MOV)为(10.23±2.84)cm3,较大一侧卵巢体积(MaxOV)为(12.15±3.17) cm^3,平均卵泡数(MFN)为(10.26±1.68)个,较多一侧卵泡数(MaxFN)为(12.67±1.85)个,对照组分别为(5.35±1.26)cm3、(6.11±1.64)cm3、(5.49±1.23)个、(6.72±1.84)个;PCOS组的卵泡数、体积均比正常对照组增多、增大,二者差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MRI高分辨率序列可以清楚显示多囊卵巢综合征的卵巢大小、卵泡形态、数量等特点,具有一定特异性,对临床有特征性的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-resolution MRI in polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 cases with the polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS group)confirmed by clinical diagnosis was conducted and 15 normal cases were selected as the control group(healthy women with normal menstruation and no history of androgen secretion) for matching. The differences of ovarian volume and follicle number between the two groups were observed. Results The average number of follicles and the volume of ovaries in PCOS group were(10.26 ± 1.68) and(10.23 ± 2.84) cm^3, while those in the normal control group were(5.49 ± 1.23) and(5.35 ± 1.26) cm^3;the number and volume of follicles in PCOS group were increased and enlarged in comparasion with those in the normal control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion High resolution MRI sequence can clearly show the ovarian size, follicular morphology, number and other characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome, which has certain specificity and has the diagnostic value in clinic.
