摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)是一种由关节软骨变性、破坏及关节周围骨质增生等特征性病理改变引发膝关节退变的慢性疾病。从细胞衰老、分子机制及神经传导通路三个方面阐述了KOA关节疼痛机制的最新研究进展。同时从关节腔内注射、手术、药物及中医药治疗四个方面总结了KOA近年来的治疗最新进展,为进一步研究膝骨性关节炎关节疼痛的病理生理机制及治疗方法提供一定的参考价值。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a kind of chronic disease that causes knee joint degeneration due to the characteristic pathological changes such as articular cartilage degeneration, destruction, and bone hyperplasia around the joint.In this paper,the latest research progress of KOA joint pain mechanism is expounded from the three aspects: cell senescence,molecular mechanism and nerve conduction pathway. At the same time,the latest progress of KOA treatment in recent years has been summarized from the four aspects(intra-articular injection,surgery,medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment)so as to provide a certain reference value for further study of the pathophysiological mechanism and treatment of joint pain in knee osteoarthritis.
