摘  要:对固化前后路基填料分别进行三轴压缩试验,分析固化剂对路基填料力学特性的影响。研究表明,路基填料和固化土应力-应变曲线分为弹性、弹塑性变形两个阶段,存在应力峰值点,固化土的应力峰值点比路基填料发生得早,均表现为加工软化型特征,但固化土软化程度比路基填料更强。固化剂掺入较好改善路基填料的强度及力学性能,固化剂起到很好的加固效果,是一种有效提升土体性能的加固材料。随着固化剂掺量增加,固化土破坏强度和强度提升系数均显著增加,因此,从强度提升值和提升率上分析,选取高掺量固化剂加固土体,强度提升效果和材料利用率均会达到最佳状态。随着围压的增加,路基填料和固化土的弹性模量、早期强度和破坏强度增加,土体的力学性能增强,但强度提高系数下降,因此,从强度提升值上分析,在高围压下强度高,但从强度提升率上分析,在低围压下材料利用率更经济合理。Triaxial compression tests were carried out for roadbed fillers before and after curing to analyze the influence of curing agent on the mechanical properties of roadbed fillers.The results show that the stress-strain curve of roadbed filler and solidified soil can be divided into two stages of elastic and elastic-plastic deformation,and there are stress peak points.The addition of firming agent can improve the strength and mechanical properties of the roadbed filler,and the firming agent has a good reinforcement effect,which is an effective reinforcement material to improve the soil properties.With the increase of the content of curing agent,both the failure strength and the strength enhancement coefficient of the solidified soil increase significantly.Therefore,from the analysis of strength enhancement and lifting rate,the strength enhancement effect and material utilization rate will reach the optimal state if the soil is strengthened with high content of curing agent.Subgrade filling with the increase of confining pressure,and the elastic modulus,the early strength of stabilized soil and breakdown strength increase,the mechanical properties of soil increased,but the intensity coefficient decreased,therefore,analysis on from appreciation of strength,strength under high confining pressure is higher,but from the analysis on strength increase rate,the more economic and reasonable utilization rate of materials under low confining pressure.
