摘 要:直动定值减压阀具有较好的动态响应特性,在液压阀先导减压、变量泵摆角调节、蓄能器稳定充放液等工程液压领域得到广泛应用。给出了直动定值减压阀结构简图并介绍了其工作原理,基于物理模型建立了直动定值减压阀数学模型,结合相关数学方程利用AMEsim搭建了减压阀仿真模型,仿真得到了在变化输入压力下的定值输出压力动态特性曲线,验证了仿真模型的正确性,进一步仿真分析了减压弹簧刚度和阀芯遮盖量对减压阀输出压力的影响情况,仿真结果表明:选取硬弹簧和大遮盖量均有助于提高减压阀输出压力。Direct-acting constant value pressure reducing valve has good dynamic response characteristics,which is widely used in hydraulic engineering fields such as pilot pressure reducing,variable pump swing angle adjustment and accumulator stable filling and discharging liquid.The structure diagram and the working principle of direct-acting constant value pressure reducing valve are given and introduced.The mathematical model of valve is built based on physical model and the simulation model are established by the software of AMEsim.The dynamic characteristic curve of the fixed output pressure under the changing input pressure is obtained.The correctness of the simulation model is verified based on simulation.The influence of spring stiffness and covering quantity on fixed output pressure are further simulated and analyzed.The results show that selecting hard spring and large covering is conducive to improve the output pressure of fixed-value pressure reducing valve.
