摘  要:目的:我国因生育率降低和人均寿命延长等问题逐渐呈现老年人居多的现象,慢性伤口、造口患者数量不断上升。造口治疗师的人才匮乏、人才资源分布不均及造口病人的特殊性等皆给造口病人的就诊带来不便。因此,利用系统开发工具设计一个伤口造口会诊系统,为造口病人打造一个舒适的会诊环境,提供造口治疗、护理等服务。方法:运用Java编程语言结合IntelliJIDEA编译器进行SpringBoot、MyBatis框架和MYSQL数据库进行系统开发。结果:完成了伤口造口会诊系统开发,实现了用户注册登录、会诊预约、会诊模块的文件上传以及造口病因统计分析等功能。结论:伤口造口会诊系统的开发将会为造口病人带来一个全新的会诊体验和专业的造口护理指导,使病人在日常生活中能够及时解决自身伤口造口问题,缓解心理压力,在一定程度上推进我国伤口造口治疗的发展。Objective: In China, due to problems such as reduced fertility and prolonged life expectancy, there are gradually more elderly people, and the number of chronic wounds and ostomy patients continues to rise. The lack of talent for ostomy therapists, the uneven distribution of human resources, and the particularity of ostomy patients all bring inconvenience to the treatment of ostomy patients. Therefore, using the system development tools, a consultation system of wound stoma is designed to create a comfortable consultation environment for patients with stoma and provide stoma treatment, nursing and other services. Methods: Using Java programming language combined with IntelliJ IDEA compiler to develop Spring Boot, MyBatis framework and MYSQL database. Results: Completed the development of the wound stoma consultation system, and realized the functions of user registration and login, consultation appointment, file upload of the consultation module, and statistical analysis of the cause of the stoma. Conclusion: The development of the wound ostomy consultation system will bring a new consultation experience and professional ostomy care guidance to ostomy patients, so that patients can solve their own wound ostomy problems in a timely manner in their daily lives, alleviate psychological pressure, and promote the development of wound stoma treatment in China to a certain extent.
