摘  要:【目的】明确实验室条件下迷迭香精油对朱砂叶螨的保护酶活性的影响.【方法】采用玻片浸渍法测定了迷迭香精油对朱砂叶螨雌成螨的生物活性和保护酶的活性.【结果】经2.0%的迷迭香精油处理后,雌成螨的死亡率分别为24.81%(24 h)、37.41%(48 h)和68.15%(72 h).LC 50分别为58.434%(24 h)、15.060%(48 h)和0.354%(72 h);雌成螨经迷迭香精油处理后,其体内SOD和POD呈现激活状态,同时CAT呈现抑制状态.采用LC 10、LC 20、LC 30和LC 50的迷迭香精油处理雌成螨24 h,SOD活性分别为对照的1.74、1.93、2.93和3.85倍,POD活性分别为对照的1.16、1.62、1.71和2.02倍,CAT活性分别为25.47%、31.50%、52.83%和59.47%.【结论】迷迭香精油处理雌成螨后,其体内自由基增多,产生毒害作用.因此,迷迭香精油对朱砂叶螨的生物防治具有较高的应用价值.【Objective】In order to clarify the protective enzyme activities of Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil against Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Acari:Tetranychidae)under the laboratory conditions.【Method】The bioactivities and the protective enzyme activities of R.officinalis essential oil against the female adults of T.cinnabarinus were determined using the slide-dip method.【Result】The mortality rates of the female adults were 24.81%(24 h),37.41%(48 h),68.15%(72 h)after treated with 2.0%of R.officinalis essential oil.The LC 50 values were 58.434%,15.060%,and 0.354%at 24,48,and 72 h respectively.The activity of SOD and POD were activated,and CAT activity were inhibited after the female adults were treated with R.officinalis essential oil.When compared with the control,SOD activities were 1.74,1.93,2.93 and 3.85 times,POD activities were 1.16、1.62、1.71 and 2.02 times,and CAT activities were 25.47%,31.50%,52.83%and 59.47%after 24 h treated with LC 10,LC 20,LC 30 and LC 50 of essential oil,respectively.【Conclusion】An increased free radicals results in toxic effects in the female adult of T.cinnabarinus treated with R.officinalis essential oil.Therefore,the essential oil shows a potential application value for biological control of T.cinnabarinus.
