急慢性肾功能衰竭的超声诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急慢性肾功能衰竭的超声诊断价值。方法选择2018年5月~2019年12月我院收治的76例肾功能衰竭患者,所有患者均行超声检查,比较急性肾功能衰竭患者与慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾脏长度。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾脏长度>100 mm明显低于急性肾功能衰竭患者,<80 mm明显高于急性肾功能衰竭患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性肾功能衰竭患者与慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾脏长度80~100 mm比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急、慢性肾功能衰竭超声显现肾脏大小有明显差异,急性肾功能衰竭肾体积不同程度增大,而慢性肾功能衰竭超声表现为肾体积缩小,临床可结合肾脏大小进行鉴别。objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in acute and chronic kidney failure.METHODS From May 2018 to December 2019,76 patients with kidney failure in our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by ultrasonography.The renal length of patients with acute kidney failure was compared with that of patients with chronic kidney failure.Results The renal length>100 mm in patients with chronic kidney failure was significantly lower than that in patients with acute kidney failure,and<80 mm was significantly higher than that in patients with acute kidney failure(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in renal length between acute kidney failure and chronic kidney failure(80-100 mm)(p>0.05).Conclusion Acute and chronic kidney failure ultrasound showed a significant difference in renal size,acute kidney failure renal volume increased in different degrees,while chronic kidney failure showed renal volume reduction,the clinical may unify the kidney size to carry on the differentiation.
