新型抗凝药物在心脑血管疾病中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究心脑血管疾病患者,予以阿司匹林、华法林新型药物联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的74例动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,随机分为LK组(n=37)和HK组(n=37),HK组予常规药物治疗,LK组予以阿司匹林、华法林抗凝药物联合治疗,比较两组患者不良事件发生率差异。结果LK组患者的牙龈出血、皮肤紫癜、瘀斑、胃肠道反应、瘙痒性皮疹发生率(2.70%)显著低于HK组(35.10%),差距显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病患者,予以阿司匹林、华法林新型药物联合治疗,有助于降低患者出血不良反应,具有较高的安全性,具有临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of combined therapy with aspirin and warfarin in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Seventy-four patients with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into LK group(n=37)and HK group(n=37).Patients in HK group were treated with routine therapy,while patients in LK group were treated with aspirin and warfarin.The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of gingival bleeding,skin purpura,ecchymosis,gast rointestinal reaction and pruritic rash in LK group(2.70%)was significantly lower than that in HK group(35.10%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of aspirin and warfarin in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is helpful to reduce the adverse reaction of bleeding,and has high safety and clinical value.
