摘　　要：板栗属于壳斗科,栗属。因其甜度大,涩皮易剥,品质优异而居世界食用栗之首。板栗在我国分布较广,品种繁多,文中介绍了我国燕山、山东及南方的一些优质良种,还有部分稀有品种,旨在有助于板栗资源的保存。Chinese chestnut belongs to the Fagaceae,chestnut genus.Because of its sweet degree,astringent skin easy to peel,excellent quality and ranking first in the world edible chestnut.Chinese chestnut is widely distributed in China and has many varieties.This paper introduces some excellent varieties from Yanshan,Shandong and south Of China,and some rare varieties in order to help the conservation of Chinese chestnut resources.
