摘　　要：目的分析温州市女性接种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗后疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生率。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集2018-2019年温州市报告的二价HPV疫苗(HPV2)、四价HPV疫苗(HPV4)和九价HPV疫苗(HPV9)AEFI,分析AEFI发生率。结果2018-2019年温州市女性HPV疫苗AEFI报告发生率为30.72/10万剂(52例),其中HPV2、HPV4、HPV9分别为68.51/10万剂(12例)、18.82/10万剂(20例)、43.95/10万剂(20例);一般反应、异常反应报告发生率分别为25.40/10万剂(43例)、3.54/10万剂(6例),无严重AEFI报告。所有AEFI均治愈或好转。结论温州市三种HPV疫苗AEFI报告发生率均在可接受范围内,且反应轻微、预后良好。Objective To estimate the incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFIs) with human papillomavirus(HPV) vaccine among females in Wenzhou city. Methods We obtained AEFI data following vaccination with 2-valent, 4-valent, and 9-valent HPV vaccines(HPV2, HPV4, and HPV9) reported to the Chinese Immunization Information Management System during 2018-019 in Wenzhou and estimated AEFI incidences. Results The overall AEFI incidence for HPV vaccine was 30.72 per 100 000 doses(52 cases) during 2018-2019 in Wenzhou females. Incidences for HPV2, HPV4, and HPV9 were 68.51 per 100 000(12 cases), 18.82 per 100 000(20 cases), and 43.95 per 100 000(20 cases). Incidences of common and rare adverse reactions were 25.40 per 100 000(43 cases) and 3.54 per 100 000(6 cases), respectively. No serious AEFIs were observed. All individuals with AEFIs recovered or improved. Conclusion The incidences of AEFIs for the three HPV vaccines in Wenzhou were acceptable;reactions that occurred were mild and resolved.
